Bio / Resumé
Håkan Eriksson was born in 1982 and grew up in Uppsala, Sweden. He started his musical path by playing the guitar and drums in his teens and of course joining an assortment of bands. Håkan studied music, focusing on classical guitar for two years at two different colleges in Sweden and in 2005 he enrolled at the Academy for Music and Drama in Gothenburg. In 2006 he switched major from classical guitar to composition and music production. He graduated from the Academy of Music and Drama with a bachelor in music composition 2010.
Eriksson started composing for TV even before his graduation and today you can hear his music in many of the top tv-shows in Sweden. In recent years he’s done more and more commercials with directors like Max Vitali, Philippe Tempelman, Oskar Wrangö, Jacob Marky, Maceo Frost and more.
