Bio / Resumé
Jonas Alarik has since studies at Stockholms Filmschool and Dramatic institute been one of the household names in the
world of drama and narrative. One of the first series he worked on, was Kronprinsessan, nominated for Emmy for best
mini-series at the time. Followed by Drottningoffret, nominated for Prix Europa in 2011.
Jonas has divided his time between features such as Blind Spot (recognized for wins and nominations at both Toronto
filmfestival and San Sebastian to name a few) and Korparna, for which Jonas was nominated for Best cinematography at
Guldbaggen. He has also been recognized for his work for tv-series like Danish “Follow the money” and critically
acclaimed “Kalifat” / Netflix. Jonas served as conceptual cinematographer on much acclaimed tv-series Snabba Cash /
Netflix and has recently finished working on the feature movie Black crab, also for Netflix, released 2022.
